TrioSphère
TrioSphère was founded in 2021 and brings together three young musicians - Flora Karetka, Catarina Marques and Julia Steinhauser - from Switzerland and Portugal. The trio aims to create a diverse repertoire consisting of works by different composers, countries and cultures. The combination of flute, viola and harp has been a standard instrumentation since Claude Debussy wrote his famous trio for these three instruments in 1915.
The trio, founded in Switzerland, has been coached by Isabel Charisius, Anne Bassand and Pirmin Grehl at the Musikhochschule Luzern. Now the trio is planning further concerts in Lucerne, Geneva and the St.Gallen. The program consists of works that closely link music and nature. In doing so, the trio wants to offer moments of reflection and create connections to the theme of nature through poetry and music.
