Telemann in Town is a walking concert that brings baroque music out of the concert halls.
Flora Karetka, flutist, guides you through the old town of Bern to experience the sounds of baroque music in an urban atmosphere.

Through arcades and passages, over and under bridges: Seven of Georg Philipp Telemann's twelve fantasies for solo flute will be played at seven different locations. ​
The walk begins at Casinoplatz and ends in Rosengarten.
The sun is shining over Bern and the event will be happening on the 19th and 21st of June as planned.
The idea for Telemann in Town was born in 2020 when my diploma project at the Musikhochschule Luzern had to be canceled due to Covid restrictions.
I decided at the time to turn the streets of Lucerne into my new concert halls.
